The studio is in Portsmouth. We work with clients across the UK and travel for shoots and meetings. Travel is quoted transparently up front as part of the proposal.

We review the brief and confirm availability before you commit. Timelines and start dates are agreed in writing as part of the proposal, not promised on a contact page.

Fixed prices for starter projects, monthly retainers for ongoing work, day rates for photography, video and drone production, and from-pricing for websites, apps and complex campaigns. Everything larger goes to a custom quote. All figures are in GBP.

Usage rights, licensing, source files and our permission to feature the work in our own portfolio are confirmed in the written proposal for every job, so nothing is left to assumption.

Each proposal defines what is included, how many rounds of revisions are covered and what constitutes a scope change. Additional work is quoted separately before it starts, never bolted onto the invoice.

A short description of the business, what you want people to do after they see the work, any deadlines you are working to, examples you like, and a rough idea of budget. If you are not sure on budget, say so and we will suggest options.
